• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Harass, bully, or harm any person or group
• Upload content that violates any applicable law or regulation

By uploading content, you grant FlipbookShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in repeated violations. Users may report content using the report function in the viewer. We operate a three-strike policy: three verified violations may result in permanent account termination.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, please submit a DMCA takedown notice via our DMCA Policy page. We will respond promptly and remove content that is found to infringe on copyright.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any content uploaded by users.

7. Limitation of Liability
